Jobomschrijving

Voor een internationale organisatie in West-Vlaanderen zoekt USG Professionals een ervaren Freelance Customer Care Specialist met grondige SAP-kennis en ervaring als teamleader.

Je hebt al een team aangestuurd, maar je kiest er bewust voor om opnieuw operationeel te werken.

Je neemt je dossiers zelfstandig op: van offerte en bestelling tot levering, interventie en facturatie. Je komt terecht in een Customer Care-team met collega's binnen serviceondersteuning, accounting en forecasting.

TAKENPAKKET

  • Orders en offertes: je verwerkt mails, offerteaanvragen, bestellingen en bestelbonnen, registreert en volgt orders op in SAP en CRM en maakt offertes voor wisselstukken op.
  • Transport en voorraad: je organiseert en volgt zendingen op, registreert leveringen en voorraadontvangsten en ondersteunt de jaarlijkse stocktelling.
  • Facturatie: je factureert interventies, wisselstukken en onderhouds- en permanentiecontracten en controleert aankoop- en leveranciersfacturen.
  • Service en garantie: je bereidt interventies administratief voor, maakt werkbonnen aan en volgt contracten, garantieaanvragen en retourzendingen op.
  • Gegevensbeheer: je registreert klanten, leveranciers en artikelen in SAP, controleert kredietlimieten en volgt e-detachering en registraties voor interventies in Luxemburg op.
  • SAP en efficiëntie: je ondersteunt collega's bij SAP en doet voorstellen om processen efficiënter te laten verlopen.
  • Klantcontact: je handelt ook veeleisende klantcontacten professioneel en duidelijk af, in het Nederlands ,Engels én het Frans.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in customer service, sales support, orderbeheer, aftersales of serviceadministratie, op medior- of seniorniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring als teamleader of leidinggevende en kiest er bewust voor om operationeel te werken.
  • Je hebt grondige, praktische kennis van SAP.
  • Je hebt zelf orders, offertes, facturatie en klanten- en leveranciersadministratie behandeld.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Outlook, Teams, Excel en SharePoint.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen en communiceert direct en duidelijk, altijd respectvol.
  • Je werkt efficiënt en nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers en deadlines.
  • Ervaring bij een grotere, internationale organisatie is een troef.
