Jobomschrijving

USG Professionals is op zoek naar een freelance HR Officer om het HR-team van een klant te versterken.

Het zwaartepunt van de opdracht ligt op HR-administratie en operationele HR-processen. Daarnaast neem je het administratieve beheer van mobiliteit en het wagenpark op je.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt de volledige medewerkerscyclus administratief, van instroom tot uitstroom.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden met operationele HR-vragen.
  • Je beheert personeelsgegevens in SuccessFactors en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de HR-data.
  • Je volgt de dossiers rond mobiliteit en wagenpark administratief op.
  • Je stelt rapporteringen op en ondersteunt de analyse van HR- en operationele data.
  • Je verwerkt aanvragen via ServiceNow.
  • Je houdt procedures, werkinstructies en documentatie actueel.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van processen en dienstverlening.

Deze opdracht vraagt iemand die vanaf de eerste dag zelfstandig operationeel is.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een generalistische HR-functie.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met mobiliteit en wagenparkbeheer.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met SuccessFactors.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een nutsomgeving.
  • Je hebt grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving en arbeidswetgeving.
  • Je kan zeer vlot werken met Excell.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
