  • Je voornaamste doel is het realiseren van hoogwaardige woon- of werkprojecten binnen het gestelde budget en volgens een haalbare planning.
  • Je bent de operationele spil van het project tijdens de uitvoering, in nauw overleg met de interne projectleider en alle bouwpartners, waarbij je de onderaannemers aanstuurt. Jouw focus ligt voornamelijk op het uitvoeringstechnische aspect op de bouwplaats.
  • De interne projectleider ondersteunt jou bij het behouden van de voortgang op de bouwplaats door het versturen en opvolgen van prijsvragen, plaatsen van bestellingen, en integreren van meerwerken en aanpassingen in het budget.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de juiste en tijdige werfvoorbereiding.
  • Je weet te allen tijde het overzicht te bewaren over jouw projecten, waarbij planning, coördinatie en communicatie essentieel zijn.
  • Je maakt gebruik van onze digitale tools en richtlijnen ter ondersteuning van de interne en externe communicatie met het volledige bouwteam.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en administratieve workflow van jouw projecten door het organiseren van werfbezoeken, werfvergaderingen en het opstellen van verslagen, en coördineert gestructureerd met alle belanghebbenden.
  • Je bent ongeveer 50% van je tijd op de bouwplaats aanwezig. Onze werven bevinden zich voornamelijk in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, Henegouwen en Vlaams- en Waals-Brabant.
  • Je hebt een professionele bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (N/F/E).
  • Je bent vaardig met Microsoft Office en bouw gerelateerde software (kennis van MS Projects, LB Aproplan en Autocad is een groot pluspunt).
  • Je pakt complexe problemen met volle inzet aan om tot concrete voorstellen of oplossingen te komen.
  • Met jouw open persoonlijkheid weet je mensen te overtuigen en duurzame relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je komt proactief met nieuwe ideeën en ondersteunt zo het DC_Team.
  • Je herkent jezelf in onze kernwaarden: commitment, samenwerking en innovatief ondernemerschap.
