The posting

People Management

  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 10 à 11 medewerkers aan, verspreid over Gent en Mechelen.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je voert evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken en bewaakt de betrokkenheid en stabiliteit binnen het team.

Operationeel Management

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van Billing, Administration en Claims.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en continuïteit van de operationele processen.
  • Je volgt workloads, capaciteit, deadlines en operationele KPI's op.

Stakeholder- & Escalatiemanagement

  • Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor complexere operationele vraagstukken en escalaties.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen, waaronder Finance, Operations en Purchasing.

Procesoptimalisatie & Digitalisering

  • Je analyseert bestaande werkprocessen en identificeert mogelijkheden tot verbetering.
  • Je initieert en ondersteunt verbetertrajecten met aandacht voor efficiëntie, schaalbaarheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je onderzoekt mogelijkheden rond automatisering en de inzet van nieuwe digitale toepassingen.
  • Je vertaalt operationele uitdagingen naar concrete en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting, zoals Business Administration, Finance, Economie of Management, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van operationele, administratieve of ondersteunende teams.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met complexe organisaties en verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, change management of operationele verbetertrajecten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en weet operationele data om te zetten in concrete acties.

Extra troeven

  • Ervaring binnen Finance Operations, Shared Services of financiële administratie.
  • Kennis van facturatieprocessen, claims management of administratieve financiële processen.
  • Ervaring met automatiserings- en digitaliseringstrajecten, eventueel met toepassingen rond AI.
  • Kennis van Lean, Six Sigma of andere methodieken rond continue verbetering.
