Técnico de Producto

Responsabilidades Principales: Participar en la validación técnica de nuevos productos y en la implementación de mejoras a productos existentes.

Realizar pruebas funcionales, análisis de fallas y validaciones de componentes electrónicos.

Preparar documentación técnica: manuales, hojas de datos, instructivos de instalación y fichas técnicas.

Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para identificar requisitos técnicos y especificaciones.

Apoyar al área de servicio técnico en el diagnóstico y solución de problemas en campo o en laboratorio.

Mantener actualizados los registros técnicos del producto y gestionar cambios de ingeniería (ECOs).

Brindar soporte técnico a los equipos de ventas y marketing en aspectos funcionales del producto.

Supervisar procesos de montaje o producción piloto cuando se requiera.

Requisitos: Educación:

Técnico o tecnólogo en electrónica, mecatrónica o carrera afín. (Ingeniería en electrónica es un plus).

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares, preferentemente en empresas del sector electrónico o de manufactura tecnológica.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

Lectura e interpretación de planos electrónicos y diagramas esquemáticos.

Manejo de herramientas de prueba (osciloscopios, multímetros, fuentes de poder).

Conocimientos básicos de normas técnicas (CE, UL, RoHS, etc.).

Familiaridad con procesos de manufactura electrónica (SMT, ensamblaje, etc.).

Deseable experiencia con software de diseño electrónico (Altium, Eagle, etc.).

Habilidades:

Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas técnicos.

Comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Organización y manejo de documentación técnica.

Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
