Requisitos:

· Noções em Excel e fins.

Habilidades:

· Comunicação e resolução de problemas.

Formação:

Bacharelado em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou Tecnólogo em RH.

Descrição do cargo:

· Saúde Ocupacional: Administrar os exames médicos admissionais, periódicos e demissionais, garantindo conformidade com as regulamentações e normas de segurança.

· Controle de EPI (Equipamento de Proteção Individual: Controlar a distribuição de EPI, mantendo os registros atualizados de cada colaborador.

· Recrutamento e Seleção: Conduzir processos seletivos, desde a identificação de necessidades de contratação até a integração dos novos colaboradores.

Publicar vaga na plataforma, avaliar currículos e realizar entrevistas.

· Administração de Pessoal: Manter registros atualizados de colaboradores na plataforma do RH.

Administrar folha de pagamento, como envio de dados para a contabilidade para gerar folha de pagamento e adiantamento salarial.

Coletar as assinaturas dos colaboradores e posterior arquivar os documentos.

Monitorar os períodos de férias e experiência.

Monitorar o ponto eletrônico diariamente.

Realizar admissões, demissões e avaliações de desempenho.

Gerenciar benefícios.

· Desenvolvimento e Treinamento: Identifica a necessidade de treinamento e desenvolvimento, colaborando na elaboração de programas para o crescimento profissional dos colaboradores.

Realizar pesquisa do clima organizacional.

Aconselhar gerentes sobre feedback e desenvolvimento de funcionários.

Contribuir para o cumprimento do plano de carreira.

Promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável.

Objetivo e responsabilidade do Cargo:

Desempenhar um papel estratégico e operacional na gestão eficaz das práticas de RH.

Salário: Negociável

Horário de trabalho:

De segunda à quinta-feira das 07:30 às 12:00hrs e das 13:00 às 17:30hrs,

Sexta-feira das 07:30 às 12:00hrs e das 13:00 às 16:30hrs.
