Auxiliar nos processos de compras de materiais para empresa

Realiza a entrada de nota fiscal no sistema Sênior

Realiza o cadastro de matéria prima e insumos

Monitora níveis de estoque e identifica necessidade de compra

Pesquisa fornecedores em potencial

Monitora pedidos e garante entregas no prazo

Atualiza bancos de dados internos com informações de pedidos (datas, fornecedores, quantidades, descontos)

Realiza o follow-up com fornecedores, conforme necessário, para confirmar ou alterar pedidos

Relaciona-se com o pessoal do armazém/depósito para garantir que todos os produtos cheguem em boas condições

Responsabilidades do cargo:

Exercer suas funções conforme descrição do cargo

Manter o ambiente de trabalho limpo e organizado.

Experiência mínima de 1 anos na função de assistente de compras.

Bons conhecimentos dos procedimentos da cadeia de suprimentos aços e insumos.

Conhecimento de pesquisa de mercado.

Necessário conhecimento técnico no setor de usinagem.

Proativo e com aptidão de trabalho em equipe.

Formação:

Formado ou Cursando Técnico ou superior em engenharia de produção ou mecânica.

Diferencial:

Conhecimento no sistema Sênior.

Salário: Negociável

Benefício: Cartão alimentação

Horário de trabalho:

De segunda e quinta-feira das 07:30 as 12:00hrs e das 13:00 as 17:30hrs,

Sexta-feira das 07:30 as 12:00hrs e das 13:00 as 16:30hrs
