Requisitos:

Experiência mínima de 2 anos na função de inspetor de qualidade.

Experiência comprovada como inspetor de qualidade ou função relacionada;

Conhecimento profundo dos padrões de controle de qualidade e das metodologias de inspeção;

Conhecimento em desenho técnico mecânico e vivência nos processos de usinagem e soldagem;

Conhecimento prático do MS Office;

Certificação em controle de qualidade é um forte diferencial (ISO 9000, etc.)

Proativo e com aptidão de trabalho em equipe.

Formação:

Técnico ou certificado em controle de qualidade

Descrição do cargo:

Realizar medições, inspeções e/ou testes em peças e produtos para assegurar o processo produtivo e requisitos da inspeção final

Realizar a inspeção de recebimento de peças, componentes e outros materiais produtivos destinados ao almoxarifado, podendo ser nas instalações do fornecedor

Realizar a inspeção de peças estocadas antes do envio para o cliente.

Avaliar fornecedores não certificados ISO 9001

Avaliar o desempenho de fornecedores e realimentar o departamento de compras

Realizar o controle e calibração de todos os instrumentos de medição

Fazer uso dos documentos da qualidade do SGQ (Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade) no exercício da função

Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos;

Gerar indicadores que ajudam a mapear os custos da não qualidade e/ou retrabalhos;

Quando necessário, emite planilhas e relatórios sobre o resultado das inspeções;

Objetivo do Cargo:

Realiza ensaios, medições e testes de controle de qualidade de produtos, de acordo com as normas e padrões estabelecidos, analisando sua conformidade dentro das especificações técnicas. Reporta os resultados das inspeções à gerência para tomadas de decisão e melhoramento contínuo do processo.

Horário de trabalho:

Segunda a quinta-feira das 7:30 as 12:00hs e das 13:00 as 17:30hs.

Sexta-feira das 7:30 as 12:00hs e das 13:00 as 16:30hs.
