تعلن شركة USOFTS، المتخصصة في حلول التحول الرقمي وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، عن حاجتها إلى محاسب يمتلك خبرة عملية في المحاسبة واستخدام برنامج Odoo ERP، للعمل ضمن فريقنا والمساهمة في متابعة الحسابات المالية للعملاء، ومراجعة سجلاتهم المحاسبية، وتقديم الإرشادات والاستشارات التي تساعدهم على تحسين أدائهم المالي والاستفادة من النظام بأفضل صورة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • متابعة الحسابات المالية للعملاء والتأكد من تسجيل العمليات المحاسبية بصورة صحيحة.
  • مراجعة القيود اليومية، والفواتير، والمقبوضات، والمدفوعات، والأرصدة المحاسبية.
  • مراجعة حسابات العملاء والموردين ومطابقة الأرصدة وكشوف الحسابات.
  • مراجعة الحسابات والتقارير المالية على نظام Odoo واكتشاف الأخطاء أو التناقضات المحاسبية.
  • إعداد ومراجعة التقارير المالية الدورية، بما في ذلك تقارير الأرباح والخسائر، والميزانية العمومية، والتدفقات النقدية.
