Vill du arbeta med varierande administrativa uppgifter i en nordisk utbildningsmiljö. Vi söker nu en strukturerad och serviceinriktad person som vill vara en viktig del av vårt administrativa team. Arbetsuppgifter I rollen ansvarar du för löpande löneadministration samt hantering, uppföljning och administration av inköp och avtal. Du arbetar även med avtalsuppföljning, stöd vid upphandlingar och kontakter med leverantörer. Tillsammans med chefer och medarbetare verkar du för att säkerställa effektiva arbetssätt, god kvalitet och hög service. Arbetet innebär många kontaktytor och ett nära samarbete med verksamheten. Ingår även arbete i receptionen, vilket ställer krav på ett professionellt bemötande och en god servicekänsla. Utbildning och yrkeserfarenhet Vi söker dig som har relevant utbildning, erfarenhet eller annan kompetens som bedöms lämplig för tjänsten. Erfarenhet av löneadministration, ekonomiadministration, inköp eller avtalshantering. Erfarenhet av administrativa system, exempelvis Hogia och Tidomat är meriterande. Erfarenhet av upphandling och avtalsförvaltning är meriterande.

Personliga egenskaper Är noggrann, strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Har god administrativ förmåga och ett systematiskt arbetssätt. Har lätt att samarbeta och skapa goda relationer. Är serviceinriktad och professionell i kontakten med medarbetare och externa parter. Kan arbeta självständigt samtidigt som du bidrar till teamets utveckling. Vara en representativ företrädare för Utbildning Nord.

Språk Du behöver behärska svenska i tal och skrift. Kunskaper i finska och norska är meriterande.
