Om jobbet I Ur och Skur Förskolan Vinterelvan är fristående förskola i Hägersten. Vi söker nu ytterligare en förskollärare till vårt team! Vi söker dig som är examinerad och legitimerad förskollärare med ett par års erfarenhet och stor vana att arbeta självständigt. Du är aktiv i ditt uppdrag, van att leda ditt arbetslag utifrån läroplanen med barnet bästa i fokus och du har ett stort intresse för utepedagogik och ser glädjen och nyttan av att erbjuda barn meningsfullt lärande både inomhus och utomhus. Vi söker dig som uppskattar friluftsliv och att vara ute i naturen året om. Helst ser vi att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med I Ur och Skurs metod och att du har någon form av utbildning inom detta men det är dock inget krav! Vi är ett härligt, stabilt team av pedagoger som alla brinner för utomhuspedagogik och för att göra varje barns förskoletid så meningsfull och lärorik som möjligt. Hos oss blir du en del i vårt team där samarbete, arbetsglädje, tydlighet och barnfokus är våra hörnstenar. Inom I Ur och Skur jobbar vi efter de fyra M:en. Medupptäckande, Medupplevande, Medagerande och Medundersökande. Det är viktigt att du ser alla barn och utvecklar verksamheten efter barnens intressen. Vi arbetar aktivt med målen i läroplanen och för oss är det viktigt att du kan omsätta läroplanen i praktiken och skapa meningsfull undervisning för varje barn. I vår verksamhet verkar vi för att barnen upptäcker, leker och upplever med alla sinnen och hela kroppen. De ska också få en nära relation till naturen och vi verkar för att de utvecklar kunskap och trygghet att vistas där. Som fastanställd får du utbildning till ledare inom friluftsskolorna (Knopp,Knytte och Mulle) samt utbildningar inom I Ur och Skurs olika fokusområden. Du ska besitta mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, du har god kännedom om pedagogisk dokumentation samt vana att hantera digitala verktyg i arbetet.
