Du möchtest neben Deinem Studium praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich sammeln und hast Lust, unterschiedliche Themen der Personal- und Recruiting Arbeit auszuprobieren? Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bringst Ideen ein? Dann freuen wir uns auf Dich!

Je nach Deinen Interessen, Erfahrungen und unseren aktuellen Themen wirst du in unterschiedliche HR- und Recruiting-Aufgaben eingebunden. Dazu gehören beispielsweise:

  • Die richtigen Talente finden - von der Abstimmung von Anforderungsprofilen, dem Erstellen und Schalten von Stellenausschreibungen über das Screening von Bewerbungen bis hin zur Kandidatenkommunikation
  • Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement und bei der administrativen Pflege unseres HR-Systems Personio
  • Begleitung von Onboardings und Offboardings der Mitarbeitenden
  • Planung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen sowie deren Organisation
  • Pflege und Aufbereitung von HR-Daten und Unterstützung beim HR-Reporting
  • Überblick über gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen & Umsetzung neuer Regelungen und Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Jahresgesprächen und weiteren wiederkehrenden HR-Aktivitäten
  • Kleinere Projekte und organisatorische Aufgaben im HR-Alltag
  • Pflege der Karriereseite auf unserer Website
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation interner Veranstaltungen, Messen und Events
  • Auswahl, Bestellung und Koordination von Werbe- und Marketingartikeln

Damit bist Du bei uns richtig:

  • Du studierst aktuell – Studienrichtung idealerweise mit Bezug zu HR, Wirtschaft, Psychologie, Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrungen im HR, Recruiting oder in der Organisation sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Bestenfalls hast Du schon mit einem Bewerbermanagementsystem wie Personio gearbeitet
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und selbstständig
  • Du hast Spaß daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Du bringst sichere Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Programmen mit
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau
