Gezocht: een handige Harry met een hart voor mensen. Ben jij technisch aangelegd en hou je van menselijk contact? Dan ben jij misschien wel de schakel die we zoeken. Als Telecom Technieker voor Proximus installeer én herstel jij alles wat nodig is om mensen verbonden te houden – van internet tot digitale tv. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten niet alleen vlot online zijn, maar zich ook écht geholpen voelen.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Jij bent het gezicht van Proximus aan huis. Als Telecom Technieker krijg je een duidelijk takenpakket:

  • Installeren en herstellen van Proximus-producten bij particulieren (internet, digitale tv, telefonie...).
  • Klanten wegwijs maken in het gebruik van hun nieuwe producten – je geeft advies met een glimlach.
  • Zelfstandig aan de slag gaan, materiaal wordt door ons voorzien.
  • Altijd op pad met een hulplijn bij de hand via je mentor.

  • Bent oplossingsgericht en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Hebt een geldig rijbewijs B.
  • Hebt oog voor veilig werken, orde en netheid.

Professionele vaardigheden

  • Werken aan soorten installaties: Analoge telefonie
  • De installatie ter plaatse installeren en aansluiten op externe netwerken
  • De technische werking uitleggen aan klanten of gebruikers en hen begeleiden bij het in gebruik nemen van de installatie
  • Klanten adviseren bij de keuze van telecommunicatie- of zwakstroominstallaties
