The posting

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. Candidates with experience in Architectural / Wet Trade, and related construction works are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects
  • Manage project costs, variations, and financial reporting
  • Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor project progress and ensure cost control measures are in place
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Experience in architectural works and wet trades is required.
  • Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and progress claims.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Singaporeans and local candidates are preferred.
