Word onze nieuwe Magazijnmedewerker op de afdeling Voedingsmagazijn

Wil jij met jouw talent het verschil maken voor onze patiënten? Dan ben jij de collega die we zoeken! Voor het Voedingsmagazijn zoeken we een gedreven Magazijnmedewerker die samen met ons de zorg naar een hoger niveau tilt. Maak deel uit van ons team en bouw mee aan zorg die inspireert!

Hoe maak jij het verschil?

Als Magazijnmedewerker op de afdeling Voedingsmagazijn draag jij niet alleen bij tot kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening, maar ook aan de warme, persoonlijke benadering waar UZ Brussel bekend om staat.

Wat ga je doen:

  • In ontvangst nemen van goederen die via de loskade geleverd worden.
  • Bestelde goederen labelen voor de traceerbaarheid (voeding).
  • Inbrengen in computersysteem van de afleveringsdocumenten.
  • Het rapporteren van beschadigingen en vervaldata
  • Goederen in de rekken plaatsen volgen het FIFO principe ( first in - first out)
  • Klaarzetten van interne bestellingen (keuken, cafetaria, restaurant, winkel) en deze op de desbetreffende diensten afleveren en wegzetten.
  • Aanvullen van automaten en leveren van voeding op het oncologisch dagcentrum en spoed.
  • Aanmaken van interne bons via scanner.
  • Dagelijks uitvoeren van visuele voorraadcontroles en melden van ev. stockbreuken.
  • Meewerken aan periodieke stocktellingen en inventaris
  • Zorgen voor de goede orde en netheid in het magazijn.

Welke collega zoeken we?We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Magazijnmedewerker die zichzelf herkent in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Passie voor Magazijn: Ervaring in de sector is een voordeel; opleiding gebeurt op de werkvloer.
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is de voertaal binnen UZ Brussel, en het is belangrijk dat je deze taal vlot beheerst.
  • Motivatie en oplossingsgericht: Je bent gemotiveerd en werkt oplossingsgericht om samen met je collega's doelen te bereiken.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel: Je houdt het hoofd koel in uitdagende situaties en past je moeiteloos aan wisselende omstandigheden aan. Daarnaast ben je flexibel en kan je starten vanaf 6.30 u (geen weekends).
  • Correctheid: Je bent ordelijk en werkt alles tot in de puntjes af. Daarnaast ben je zeer correct in het opvolgen van de werkinstructies.
  • Tools: Je beschikt over goede PC vaardigheden (Excel, word). Kennis SAP is een voordeel.
