In UZ Leuven bundelen dagelijks meer dan 10.000 gedreven medewerkers hun expertise om kwalitatieve patiëntenzorg aan te bieden. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega voor het secretariaatsteam van de dienst oogziekten. Het betreft een contract van onbepaalde duur met een tewerkstellingspercentage van 80-100%. Je werkt in daguren.Hoe verleg je grenzen?

  • Je staat mee in voor de telefonische permanentie op het dienstsecretariaat en biedt een kwaliteitsvolle ondersteuning op administratief en organisatorisch vlak.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega's van het dienstsecretariaat.
  • Je behartigt de courante secretariaatstaken zoals briefwisseling, telefoon en het beantwoorden van e-mails.
  • Je behartigt het afsprakenbeheer van een aantal raadplegingen en verzorgt de patiëntenadministratie in overleg met de artsen.
  • Je neemt deel aan teamoverleg.
  • Je bent als contactpersoon voor de dienst in staat de interne en externe contacten vlot en professioneel te laten verlopen.
  • Je ondersteunt de dienst bij de organisatie van dienstgebonden evenementen.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve uitwerking en verwerking van diverse opdrachten die vanuit de staf gedelegeerd worden en je volgt hierbij de geijkte procedures.
  • Je bent in staat autonoom te werken.

Wat heb je daarvoor nodig?

  • Je bezit een bachelordiploma health care management of je hebt een gelijkaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels en dit zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bezit een zeer goede kennis van MS Office en bent bereid om jouw softwarekennis op peil te houden.
  • Je bent flexibel en draagt bij aan een vlotte collegiale samenwerking.
  • Je onderhoudt goede contacten met het medisch en paramedisch personeel van de dienst.
  • Je bent discreet, communicatief en vriendelijk.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en stipt in opdrachten.
  • Stressbestendigheid, organisatietalent en zin voor initiatief kenmerken jou.
