Mit unserem Bereich Immobilien bewirtschaften und entwickeln wir Immobilien und begleiten Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer über den gesamten Lebenszyklus ihrer Immobilie. Zu unserer Expertise gehört die strategische Ausrichtung, die Bewirtschaftung sowie die aktive Steuerung und Vermarktung des Portfolios.

Zur Ergänzung des motivierten Teams im Herzen von Bern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als

Immobilienbewirtschafter:in 80\-100 % -------------------------------------

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Durchführung der technischen und administrativen Bewirtschaftung der zugewiesenen Mietliegenschaften (Wohnen und Gewerbe)
  • Vertreten der Eigentümerschaft gegenüber Mietenden, Behörden und Handwerkern, inklusive Vertretung vor der Schlichtungsbehörde
  • Erstellen von Mietverträgen, Nachträgen, Mietzinsanpassungen und mietrechtlicher Korrespondenz
  • Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Planung, Vergabe und Überwachung von Unterhalts\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
  • Erstellen von Budgets, Eigentümerreportings sowie Kontroll\- und Zustandsberichten
  • Mitwirkung bei den \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie im Mahn\- und Inkassowesen

Dein Profil

  • Immobilienbewirtschafter:in mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis
  • Erfahrung in der umfassenden Bewirtschaftung von Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Mietrecht
  • Gepflegte und sichere Umgangsformen
  • Kommunikationsgeschick und Organisationstalent, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Garaio REM oder einer vergleichbaren ERP\-Software von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
