Εμπιστεύεται από μεγάλους λιμένες, όπως ο ΟΛΠ, για την αντιμετώπιση ρύπανσης της θαλάσσιας επιφάνειας.

Η θέση

Αναζητούμε Emergency Response Οperation supervisor , ο/η οποίος/α θα έχει τη συνολική ευθύνη για την οργάνωση, τη διαχείριση και την επιχειρησιακή ετοιμότητα του Τμήματος Emergency Response. Βασικός στόχος της θέσης είναι η διασφάλιση της άμεσης, αποτελεσματικής και ασφαλούς απόκρισης σε περιστατικά θαλάσσιας και χερσαίας ρύπανσης, καθώς και η πλήρης συμμόρφωση με τις συμβατικές και κανονιστικές υποχρεώσεις της εταιρείας.

Requirements

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός, οργάνωση και επίβλεψη του συνόλου των επιχειρήσεων Emergency Response.
  • Διασφάλιση της επιχειρησιακής ετοιμότητας του Τμήματος σε 24ωρη βάση (24/7 readiness).
  • Οργάνωση της δομής και της αποτελεσματικής λειτουργίας του Τμήματος.
  • Διαχείριση και αξιολόγηση του προσωπικού, καθώς και εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας.
  • Διασφάλιση της διαθεσιμότητας και καταλληλότητας του απαιτούμενου επιχειρησιακού εξοπλισμού.
  • Διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με το ισχύον κανονιστικό πλαίσιο, τις απαιτήσεις λιμένων και αρμόδιων αρχών, καθώς και τις συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις της εταιρείας.
  • Σύνταξη και επικαιροποίηση Contingency Plans λιμένων.
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικών προσφορών για τις υπηρεσίες του Τμήματος.
  • Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με Λιμενικές Αρχές, πελάτες και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες σε επιχειρησιακό επίπεδο.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Μηχανική, Ναυτικές ή Περιβαλλοντικές Επιστήμες.
  • Τουλάχιστον 7 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντιρρύπανση, emergency response, salvage ή θαλάσσιες επιχειρήσεις, εκ των οποίων 3 σε θέση διοίκησης ομάδας.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πραγματικών περιστατικών ρύπανσης.
  • Πιστοποίηση IMO OPRC Level 2 ή ανώτερη.
  • Γνώση MARPOL, OPRC 90 και του θεσμικού πλαισίου θαλάσσιας ρύπανσης.
  • Άριστα Αγγλικά.
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β΄ κατηγορίας, δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων και ετοιμότητα 24/7 κατ’ εναλλαγή.
  • Ηγεσία, ψυχραιμία υπό πίεση και ισχυρή κουλτούρα ασφάλειας.

Θα εκτιμηθεί

  • Μεταπτυχιακό σε Περιβαλλοντική Διαχείριση, HSE ή Ναυτιλία.
  • IMO OPRC Level 3, εκπαίδευση ICS/IMS ή HAZWOPER.
  • Δίπλωμα χειριστή ταχυπλόου ή ναυτικό φυλλάδιο.
  • Εμπειρία σε διεθνή περιστατικά και σε συστήματα ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
