Vi söker dig som är legitimerad lärare i botten med erfarenhet av högstadiet som är utbildad speciallärare eller specialpedagog. Du vill jobba som specialpedagog på en skola som har: -god stämning med ett öppet och välkomnande klimat -goda elevresultat -25 elever i varje klass -engagerad och duktig personal -välfungerande elevhälsoarbete med tydliga rutiner -gemensamma regler i hela skolan som skapar trygghet och studiero -god ekonomi -friskvårdsbidrag på 3000 kr per år -trevlig matsal med fantastisk mat lagad från grunden

Du kommer att arbeta mot arbetslag åk 7-9 som består av skicklig och engagerad personal såsom pedagoger, elevstödjare, kurator samt studie- och yrkesvägledare som tillsammans arbetar för att ge alla elever goda möjligheter att utvecklas mot utbildningens mål. I arbetslaget råder en mycket god stämning. Nu söker vi en specialpedagog på 100% som har god kännedom om läs- och skrivutveckling, kan handleda lärare för att utveckla undervisningen på högstadiet, är van att arbeta med elevfrånvaro, både förebyggande och åtgärdande samt har erfarenhet av att driva det systematiska kvalitetsarbetet inom EHT. Du sätter eleven i fokus och är en tydlig ledare med en god pedagogisk förmåga. Du har lätt för att skapa goda relationer med kollegor, elever och vårdnadshavare samt är van att skriva åtgärdsprogram och pedagogiska kartläggningar samt driva ett systematiskt arbete kring anpassningar och stöd. Du är lyhörd för elevernas och verksamhetens behov och är intresserad av att utveckla och anpassa dina arbetssätt för att bidra till skolans elevhälsoarbete och att screena elevernas läsförmåga på högstadiet för att hitta de rätta insatserna och stödet. Du är väl insatt i läroplanens mål och du arbetar systematiskt med att göra undervisningen tillgänglig för eleverna genom att handleda lärarna. Som person är du positiv, lösningsfokuserad och flexibel. Du är en god förebild för elever och personal och din värdegrund stämmer väl överens med Västbergaskolans. I tjänsten ingår det att varje vecka delta i EHT-möten på högstadiet samt i möten där skolans alla speciallärare och specialpedagoger ses en gång i veckan. Tillsammans med personal i vår studioverksamhet, speciallärare i matematik samt övriga lärare jobbar vi för att ständigt utveckla undervisningen så att varje elev får möjlighet att utvecklas så långt som möjligt. Lön efter överenskommelse. Ferietjänst och 40h + 5h tillämpas Tillträde: så snart som möjligt eller under vt-26 Vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning.
