Lärare till SFI distans

Västerbergslagens utbildningsförbund, VBU, är ett kommunalförbund som bedriver gymnasial utbildning, vuxenutbildning, yrkeshögskoleutbildning och uppdragsutbildning. Vi arbetar på uppdrag av Ludvika och Smedjebackens kommuner. VBU har ca 220 anställda, ca 1 800 elever och omsätter ca 225 Mkr. Vår verksamhet bedrivs i Ludvika, Smedjebacken och Grängesberg. Vi söker flera lärare i SFI som vill bidra till elevernas måluppfyllnad och fullföljande av

utbildningen. Du har god pedagogisk förmåga och är självständig.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig i första hand som är legitimerad lärare och har en lärarexamen inom svenska som andraspråk. Vi ser gärna sökande som har erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning.

Du kommer att arbeta i ett team som arbetar med distansupplägg. Vi erbjuder närdistans med lektioner en till två dagar i veckan. Vi söker dig som vill undervisa, handleda och stötta elever i deras lärande samt arbeta med

övriga arbetsuppgifter som ingår i det pedagogiska uppdraget. Som lärare på VBU står du för ett ledarskap som utmanar och skapar förtroendefulla relationer med hög delaktighet.

Vidare kommunicerar och formulerar du mål och utvärderar arbetssätt, metoder och

måluppfyllelse tillsammans med elever och kollegor i det dagliga arbetet. Du har god

förståelse för hur eleverna tar till sig kunskap och deras olika förutsättningar. Vidare

situationsanpassar du undervisningen med inriktning på att alla elever ska nå så långt som

möjligt och anpassar sättet att förmedla ditt budskap till mottagaren. Som stöd använder du

din didaktiska och metodiska kompetens fullt ut med en bred arsenal av metoder, verktyg

och djupa ämneskunskaper.

Om anställningsvillkoren

Tjänsterna är en tillsvidare tjänst på deltid 70% med möjlighet till 100 % om erforderliga beslut tas. Anställningsformen är semestertjänst. Start enligt överenskommelse dock senast 1 januari 2027. Arbete sker på plats i Ludvika minst 2 dagar i veckan.

Intervjuer kommer att ske löpande och tjänsten kan tillsättas innan ansökningstiden löpt ut. Vi tillämpar i vissa fall provanställning i upp till 6 månader och begär uppvisande av utdrag ur misstanke- och belastningsregistret vid anställning.
