Korttidsboende, Vapengränd 15

Vi söker nu en undersköterska till Vapengränd 15. Dina arbetsuppgifter Vapengränd 15 är en korttidsavdelning som finns på Vapengränd särskilda boende. Här tar vi emot brukare som av någon anledning, exempelvis demenssjukdom, har komplexa symtom som kräver ett extra individuellt anpassat stöd. Här verkställs både korttidsbeslut och särskilt boende beslut, men målet är desamma: Att individen ska få sina symtom förstådda och behov tillgodosedda, för att minska komplexa symtom. Som en del i teamet på Vapengränd 15 kommer du arbeta med kartläggning, levnadshistoria, genomförandeplaner, bemötande och handlingsplaner, BPSD, åtgärder och uppföljningar. När avdelningen inte har ärenden på plats, förväntas du kunna handleda kollegor på enheten eller andra enheter i komplexa ärenden med förståelse för låg affektivt bemötande, förebyggande och salutogent förhållningsätt. Detta tillsammans med befintligt team samt gruppledare och enhetschef. Du kommer att arbeta övervägande kväll, samt dag och varannan helg enligt schema. Erbjudande om ständig helg kan förekomma vid önskemål om det stämmer överens med verksamhetens behov. Din kompetens Vi vill att du som söker har examen från vård- och omsorgsprogrammet alternativt annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig Det är meriterande om du är BPSD administratör, specialistundersköterska, Silvia undersköterska eller någon form av spetskompetens riktad mot demens. Det är också meriterande om du har B-körkort. Det viktigaste för oss är att du har ett genuint intresse. Vi värdesätter att du är positiv, nyfiken, engagerad, ansvarstagande och flexibel i ditt arbetssätt. I arbetet kommer du samarbeta med brukare, deras anhöriga, arbetskollegor och andra professioner. Därför behöver du ha lätt för att arbeta ihop med andra. Vi vill också att du är lyhörd och har lätt för att kommunicera. Tjänsten kräver att du är ansvarstagande, initiativrik och har ett flexibelt arbetssätt men även flexibel i omställning för verksamhetens och brukarens behov. Du har grundläggande IT-kunskap och kan arbeta med de system vi använder för journalföring och dokumentation. Övrigt För att kunna komma i fråga för aktuell anställning i Västerviks kommun ska utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister uppvisas. Vänligen observera att handläggningstiden kan vara upp till 2 veckor. Du kommer att behöva visa upp ditt utdrag om du blir erbjuden en tjänst. Från och med den 1 juli 2023 blir undersköterska en skyddad yrkestitel. Det innebär att det kommer att behövas ett bevis för att ha rätt att använda titeln undersköterska inom vård och omsorg.
