Kommunal primärvård

Den kommunala primärvården i Västerviks kommun söker nu medicinskt ansvarig sjuksköterska (MAS). Dina arbetsuppgifter Som MAS har du det övergripande lagstadgade ansvaret för kvalitet och patientsäkerhet inom kommunens hälso- och sjukvårdsansvar enligt hälso- och sjukvårdslagen (HSL). Tillsammans med medicinskt ansvarig för rehabilitering(MAR) och verksamhetschef utgör du den medicinska ledningen i kommunen. MAS-funktionen är organisatoriskt placerad i Kommunal Primärvård och ingår i dess ledningsgrupp. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår att utveckla och kvalitetssäkra den kommunala hälso- och sjukvården tillsammans med MAR samt våra verksamhetschefer. Du utreder och följer upp att våra verksamheter arbetar systematiskt med patientsäkerhet och bidrar med förslag till förbättringsåtgärder för att säkerställa så bra kvalitet som möjligt för invånarna i vår kommun. I ditt ansvar ingår även att dokumentera, skriva rapporter, analyser och tjänsteutlåtanden samt utarbeta rutiner enligt lagstiftning och säkerställa att verksamheterna arbetar systematiskt med patientsäkerhet. I ditt arbete ansvarar du även för att utreda och anmäla enligt Lex Maria. Din kompetens Vi söker dig som är legitimerad sjuksköterska med bred och mångårig erfarenhet inom hälso- och sjukvård. Du har mycket goda kunskaper om de lagar, föreskrifter och förordningar som styr den kommunala primärvården samt socialtjänsten. Naturligtvis ser vi det mycket positivt om du har tidigare erfarenhet av att ha arbetat som MAS. För den här tjänsten behöver du även B-körkort. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha förmåga att arbeta analytiskt och med ett gott helhetsperspektiv. Du har en god pedagogisk och kommunikativ förmåga och är bekväm med att leda och motivera andra utan att ha ett formellt personalansvar. Som person är du trygg i din profession, strukturerad och har en hög integritet i ditt arbete. Du har en mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift och kombinerar detta med goda datakunskaper då vi arbetar i många olika verksamhetssystem och digitala verktyg. Övrigt För att kunna komma i fråga för aktuell anställning i Västerviks kommun ska utdrag ur polisens belastningsregister uppvisas.
