Habilitering & Hälsa erbjuder specialiserad vård och stöd till personer som har en varaktig funktionsnedsättning; som nedsatt förmåga att kommunicera, se, höra eller röra sig. Målet är att bibehålla och utveckla funktionsförmågan, skapa förutsättningar för en god hälsa och möjlighet att aktivt delta i samhället. Beskrivning Hörselverksamheten har verksamhet i hela Västra Götalandsregionen och ger stöd och behandling till personer med bestående hörselnedsättning, dövhet och dövblindhet i alla åldrar. Hörselverksamheten i Skaraborg har audionommottagningar i Skövde, Lidköping, Falköping och Mariestad. Samverkan sker bland annat med Öron-, Näs- och Halsmottagningar, andra verksamheter inom Habilitering & Hälsa, brukarorganisationer, högskolor och universitet. Vi söker nu en legitimerad audionom till vår Audionommottagning med huvudplacering i Skövde. Arbetsuppgifter Som audionom på vår enhet arbetar du med audiologisk diagnostik och rehabilitering. Åtgärderna utgår från en helhetssyn där audionomen tillsammans med andra yrkeskategorier samverkar med patient/närstående. Personcentrering genomsyrar allt vårt arbete. Kvalifikationer Du ska vara legitimerad audionom. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i AuditBase, NOAH och Melior. Stor vikt läggs vid flexibilitet, god samarbetsförmåga och personlig lämplighet, samt vilja att vara en del av den framtida utvecklingen av verksamheten.
