The posting

V7

At V7, we’re building AI platforms that help humans do their best work, at incredible scale and speed. Our mission is to turn human knowledge into trustworthy AI, making complex tasks faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’re growing fast, backed by leading investors and AI pioneers (including the minds behind Transformers and Gemini).

THE PRODUCT

V7 Go is a platform for building and deploying custom AI agents, made for the document-heavy work finance and insurance teams handle every day. It takes multi-modal data and returns verifiable outputs with transparent logic, so accuracy and compliance come built in. It runs on the latest models too, including GPT, Claude and Gemini. Have a look at what we're building for finance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PIRJciI62Rc&t=2s and insurance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PSrH97RnHIw&t=5s.

Most AI agents still behave like black boxes. They wander off-task, miss the context that matters, and make calls you can't check. Go Agents are different: predictable, transparent, and auditable at every step.

- Build custom AI workflows https://www.v7labs.com/tables with controlled analysis at every stage. Every output comes with citations and a full audit trail, so the human in the loop can see exactly how it got there.

- The Context Graph https://www.v7labs.com/context-graph makes all your data (across workflows, documents and integrations) queryable in one place, giving your agents the context to be properly useful. It's your institutional memory.

The team you’ll be joining and impact you’ll have

- Reporting to Chris, our Engineering Manager, you’ll be working in the Go Engineering team.

- You’ll work in a team of (eventually) 7 people and be given significant responsibility, not just for coding but also for testing, planning, and analysis.

- You’ll set your own goals, plans, and metrics, focusing on impact and outcomes rather than task completion.

- Engineers are expected to be self-starters who really strive for impact. This means proactively solving problems, seeking help when needed, and having a strong sense of product ownership.

What you’ll be doing from day one

- Enabling foundation models to be applied to multimodal data at scale.

- Helping to scale our platform to meet challenging multi tenant usage patterns.

- Building a rich suite of APIs to power all of our internal systems and customer-facing products.

- Shipping to production multiple times a day, working closely with Product and Design to solve customer problems.

Who you are

- You’ll have experience with functional programming. Familiarity with Elixir is a plus, but other languages like Scala, GoLang, Node.js, Haskell, Clojure, and F# are also great.

- Infrastructure management experience at scale; ideally you should be comfortable in using AWS and terraform.

- An understanding of queue management and observability.

- Experience with orchestration tools like Docker.

- Knowledge of GenAI and prompt engineering.

- Place the customer at the heart of everything you do.

V7 champions equality and inclusion because diverse teams build better products. Don't check every box? Apply anyway — we value what makes you unique and will support you through the process, just let our Talent team know how they can help.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
