Deine Herausforderungen

  • Aktive Neukundenakquise („Hunter-Mentalität“) sowie Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Key Accounts in den Bereichen Food Retail, E-Grocery und Logistik mit dem Fokus auf Großbritannien und die EU (außerhalb der DACH-Region)
  • Proaktiver Vertrieb der thermischen Verpackungssysteme der va-Q-tec für Logistiklösungen im Food-Bereich
  • Identifikation, Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer (Pilot-)Projekte mit Einzelhändlern und E-Grocery-Unternehmen
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Operations und weiteren internen Stakeholdern zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten und Private-Equity-Reporting
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung von Umsatzzielen und KPIs im Geschäftsbereich
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen sowie Präsentation der Firma und des Produktportfolios bei Messen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Vertrieb – idealerweise in den Bereichen Lebensmittelhandel, E-Grocery, Kältelogistik oder Verpackung
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk innerhalb der Food-Retail- oder E-Grocery-Branche – vorzugsweise mit Kontakten in Investitionsgüter, (Last-Mile-)Logistik oder Beschaffung
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit führenden Intralogistik-Anbietern oder Systemintegratoren ist von Vorteil
  • Nachweislicher Erfolg bei der Implementierung neuer komplexer Lösungen bei Neukunden
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohes Maß an Engagement, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss, weitere europäische Sprachen (z. B. Deutsch, Französisch, Spanisch) von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft international liegt bei 30–50%
