In a nutshell 

 

This gig is all about delivering a group exercise program (unlike anything Australians have experienced before) and maximising its growth and occupancy. You’ll be empowered to perform on the stage and build true community… rock star style. 

 

 

A day in the life 

 

Welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they’re looking for. 

Deliver classes with the uniqueness that’s given you a rock star following. 

Take members from physical experiences through to uplifting mind-body journeys. 

Leverage your personality to create a culture where the community become raving fans. 

Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve program delivery. 

Keep the studios safe… considering temperature, equipment and max occupancy. 

Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members. 

Naturally act as a brand ambassador to support marketing activities and comfortably communicate what differentiates our program from the market. 

 

 

To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset 

 

You have your Cert III in Fitness (or recognised instructor qual), a rock star group exercise reputation, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and can readily obtain a clear Working with children Check (if required). 

You have aligned experience. You know how to deliver meaningful classes and encourage mindfulness of the people around you. You’re an athlete and performer. Both equally. You love to learn new programs as much as you love to deliver them. You’re comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community. You may already have a following. A+ for you. 

You are people-focused. You’re a raw and magnetic personality. You get a kick out of getting people to those I did it! moments. You’re confident and cool under pressure. Inspiring the community to push themselves to new heights (one class at a time) makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. You love a friendly plank competition.  

You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can connect with anyone and you totally love it when you’re thrust into the limelight. You feel most at home on the podium and you’re authentic when you express yourself. You love to inspire.
