Follow all club processes, systems and safety requirements Complete tasks accurately and on time Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented environment Be reliable, organised and prepared for your shift Raise issues early and take action where appropriate
4. Service Excellence You deliver a premium member experience, every time. Key accountabilities include:
Create welcoming, friendly and professional interactions with members Be proactive in helping members and solving problems Respond positively to feedback and service opportunities Role model great service behaviours Contribute to a seamless member journey across the club
5. Functional Excellence — Member Service You keep the club running behind the scenes — ensuring spaces are clean, safe, well-presented and always member-ready, including safe supervision of aquatic areas where required. Key accountabilities include:
Maintain high presentation standards across all member areas, including changerooms, gym floor, studios, pool and shared spaces Complete cleaning, restocking and reset routines consistently and to standard Ensure amenities are always stocked, clean and ready for use Support smooth class changeovers, keeping spaces prepared and on time Identify and action presentation issues quickly Follow all safety, hygiene and operational procedures
Work efficiently across shifts to maintain a consistently high standard throughout the day Take pride in the details — noticing what others might miss and acting on it Work closely with all departments to to support a seamless member experience
Acquatics (where applicable):
Provide active and vigilant supervision of pool areas at all times Ensure all safety and lifeguarding protocols are followed, including emergency response procedures Maintain required qualifications and remain rescue-ready during all pool shifts Monitor pool environment, behaviour and risks, taking immediate action where needed Support a safe, clean and well-presented aquatic environment

You have >1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule. You have aligned experience. You know what it’s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on keeping environments immaculate and operations running like clockwork. You may also have some experience in cleaning, housekeeping or maintaining high presentation standards in fast-paced environments. A+ for you. You’re pure heart. You show up with care, kindness and respect. You treat members and teammates well, stay calm under pressure and help create a positive environment for everyone around you. You see the big picture. You understand that every interaction matters. You know your role plays a part in the overall club experience and you take pride in getting the small things right. You expect growth.
