Ski Lodge Attendant – Seasonal

Meadow Lake Resort is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Seasonal Ski Lodge Attendant to join our team at Kintla Lodge, located at beautiful Whitefish Mountain Resort!

If you enjoy meeting new people, love the mountain atmosphere, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, this could be the perfect winter opportunity for you!

As our Ski Lodge Attendant, you'll be the welcoming face of the Meadow Lake Kintla Ski Room, helping guests feel comfortable, organized, and ready for a great day on the slopes. From serving hot cocoa to assisting with ski gear, you'll play an important role in making every guest's mountain experience exceptional.

What You'll Do

  • Open and close the ski lodge daily, ensuring everything is ready for our guests.
  • Welcome guests, maintain daily check-in records, and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit.
  • Help guests with ski equipment and gear storage.
  • Keep the kitchen stocked with fresh coffee, hot cocoa, and other essentials.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting lodge, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Share your local knowledge of Whitefish Mountain Resort, ski conditions, and nearby attractions.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and shuttle drivers to support guest transportation and daily plans.
  • Assist with additional lodge operations as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willingness to assist guests and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Familiarity with Whitefish Mountain Resort and the surrounding area is a plus!

The Perks

  • Position: Seasonal, Full-Time or Part-Time Hours
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: Kintla Lodge at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Montana
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour
