I rollen kommer du att arbeta nära vårt ledningsteam och bidra till att säkerställa en effektiv bemanning för våra verksamheter. Dina arbetsuppgifter:

• Ansvara för rekryteringsprocessen, från annonsering till anställning av nya medarbetare.

• Hantera och uppdatera personalsystem och säkerställa att schemaprocesser efterföljs.

• Samarbeta med chefer och medarbetare för att säkerställa att alla bemanningsbehov tillgodoses.

• Stötta i administrativa uppgifter inom personalfrågor.

Vi söker dig som:

• Har ett intresse för rekrytering och personaladministration.

• Är en strukturerad och noggrann person med god kommunikationsförmåga.

• Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.

• Har grundläggande IT-kompetens.

• Är flexibel, självgående och trivs med att arbeta i en dynamisk och rörlig miljö.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet inom personaladministration och rekrytering sedan tidigare, men inte ett krav.
