The posting

Vaden is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Savannah, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to coordinating interviews and supporting the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a strong, diverse workforce that drives the company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
