Responsável por gerenciar projetos de engenharia, obras, reformas e manutenções, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, custos, qualidade e requisitos técnicos. Atua no planejamento, execução e controle físico-financeiro dos projetos, gestão de contratos e fornecedores, condução de processos de contratação, emissão de pareceres técnicos e assegura a conformidade legal e normativa das atividades. Também é responsável pela gestão da manutenção das unidades, garantindo a disponibilidade, confiabilidade e adequado funcionamento da infraestrutura e dos sistemas críticos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como gestor de projetos, obras, reformas e manutenções.Acompanhar o planejamento e execução das obras e manutenções.Gerenciar indicadores de obras, riscos, contratos e cronogramas físico-financeiros dos projetos.Elaborar e gerenciar o orçamento das obras, garantindo o cumprimento de prazo, custo e qualidade dos projetos e obras sob sua responsabilidade.Emitir pareceres, laudos e atestados de responsabilidade técnica de projetos, obras e serviços.Gerenciar serviços de comissionamento, garantindo que os sistemas e componentes da unidade sejam projetados, instalados, testados, projetados e reservados de acordo com as necessidades e requisitos operacionais da empresa.Liderar processos de contratação/concorrência (licitações) de empresas de engenharia para novos projetos.Gerenciar o planejamento e a execução da manutenção das unidades em operação.Garantir a conformidade das obras, reformas e manutenções com as normas técnicas, requisitos legais e padrões internos da organização.Gerenciar contratos, fornecedores e empresas terceirizadas, assegurando a qualidade, o prazo e o custo dos serviços executados.Planejar e supervisionar a execução das manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas, garantindo a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade da infraestrutura e dos sistemas críticos.
