Responsável por agendar e realizar a manutenção das agendas de cirurgias e terapias. Realiza interface com as operadoras de saúde visando atingir os objetivos estratégicos da instituição. Responsabilidades e atribuições· Solicitar autorização das operadoras de saúde;· Realizar o contato com as operadoras de saúde (follow up);· Realizar o lançamento de dados de autorização no sistema TASY;· Realizar a interface com a equipe de auditoria interna e externa;· Interagir com todas as áreas envolvidas no processo de prorrogação: internação, faturamento e auditoria.· Enviar processos a operadora de saúde e realiza follow up;· Anexar autorização no sistema tasy e em pasta de rede – Caminho de rede: Anexos Tasy Central de Autorizações;· Realizar a análise das altas dos pacientes do dia;· Solicitar o relatório aos escriturários do andar;· Garantir que o aviso de cirurgia bem como a documentação necessária para o agendamento cirúrgico esteja completa de modo a realizar o agendamento;· Agendar cirurgia no sistema.· Manter contato com médico e ou secretária sempre que necessário para a complementação de documentação;· Prestar atendimento aos clientes (médicos, secretárias, pacientes);· Manter sigilo sobre informações/relatórios do qual venha a ter contato;· Prestar assistência na elaboração de relatórios, conforme orientações da gestão;· Participar de projetos Institucionais alinhados a ações de melhoria contínua de processos (redução de custos, certificações de qualidade);· Realizar cobertura do assistente técnico quando solicitado pela chefia imediata.· Suporte aos novos colaboradores· Preencher de planilhas para o gestor· Gerir o mapa cirúrgico alinhando os horários solicitados pelo médicos e reservas de sala.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário ensino médio completo e Pacote Office básicoNecessário experiência com agendamento cirúrgico e rotinas de operadoras de saúdeDesejável conhecimento em tabelas AMB, Ciefas, Apamo, Brasíndice e SIMPROInformações adicionaisQuais benefícios oferecemos aos nossos funcionários? • Assistência Médica• Assistência Odontológica• Vale Transporte• Seguro de Vida• Refeitório• Auxílio Creche• Ambulatório Médico• Wellhub (Gympass)• Day off de aniversário• Cesta ou Vale de Natal• Ações de Qualidade de Vida• Programa de Somos + Saúde• Conexa Saúde (Telemedicina)• Premiação por tempo de casa• Parcerias educacionais• Parceria com SESC• Convênio farmácia - Univers• Desconto em estacionamentos da regiãoPara colaboradores que realizam jornada diária superior a 6h.Para mulheres que tenham filhos conforme convenção coletiva.Ativado no mês seguinte após os 90 dias do período de experiência.
