Responsável por executar atividades de Manutenção Predial considerando serviços de alvenaria, hidráulica, ajustes mecânicos, teste de equipamentos para funcionamento, transporte de materiais e mobiliários internamente da unidade de Mogi das Cruzes.Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar a troca e higienização dos galões de água potável dos bebedouros, manuseando os recipientes de forma segura e sanitária; Realizar testes de ligar e desligar equipamentos, como ligando ar condicionado, exaustores, bombas de água de acordo com as necessidades da área; Realizar manutenção e instalação da hidráulica, inspecionando, consertando ou substituindo tubulações, conexões e dispositivos hidráulicos, com o objetivo de assegurar o fornecimento e escoamento adequado de água e prevenir vazamentos; Realizar atividades de limpeza e reparos dos telhados, calhas, serviços de alvenaria e pinturas, executando reparos estruturais e acabamento conforme a NR apropriada, visando preservar a estrutura física; Realizar reparo de mobílias e equipamentos eletroeletrônicos, identificando falhas e executando ajustes ou substituições necessárias, a fim de prolongar a vida útil e manter a funcionalidade dos bens da unidade; Realizar movimentação de mobílias e mudanças internas nos setores, transportando, organizando e reinstalando os itens conforme solicitação, com o objetivo de adequar o espaço físico às demandas institucionais; Realizar manutenção e preservação do espaço aberto (jardim, parque e entorno da unidade), cuidando das áreas externas, visando oferecer um ambiente limpo, seguro e agradável aos usuários e visitantes; Zelar pela segurança individual e coletiva, utilizando equipamentos de proteção individual e respeitando normas de segurança durante a execução das tarefas, a fim de prevenir acidentes; Executar as manutenções preventivas, incluindo equipamentos, seguindo cronogramas internos e orientações da chefia imediata, com o objetivo de evitar falhas dos sistemas e equipamentos; Executar tratamento e descarte dos resíduos de materiais, separando, acondicionando e destinando corretamente os resíduos, visando manter a organização, higiene e sustentabilidade no setor; Executar outras tarefas correlatas, atendendo às solicitações e orientações do superior imediato, com o objetivo de atender às necessidades operacionais da unidade; Identificar necessidades de manutenção e/ou contratação de serviço externo, inspecionando instalações e equipamentos e comunicando ocorrências à chefia, a fim de garantir soluções rápidas e eficazes para demandas que exijam apoio.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Fundamental completo;Experiência anterior na área;Diferencial: Curso profissionalizante em Manutenção Predial, Hidráulica, Alvenaria ou áreas correlatas.
