Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreencher, organizar documentos, planilhas, formulários e /ou relatórios;Realizar atividades voltadas as demandas específicas do setor;Realizar o envio e recebimento de documentos;Elaborar relatórios e dados pertinentes conforme a solicitação do superior imediato;Organizar agendas e reservas de salas para reunião e outros eventos;Auxiliar a divulgação de vagas, triagem de currículos, convocação de candidatos, agendamento de entrevistas e acompanhamento das etapas dos processos seletivos;Auxiliar no controle de prazos relacionados às admissões, movimentações internas, desligamentos e demais processos administrativos de Recursos Humanos;Auxiliar a organização e a realização das atividades de integração de novos colaboradores;Alimentar e atualizar planilhas, sistemas e relatórios da área, contribuindo para a confiabilidade dos dados e o acompanhamento dos indicadores de RH;Auxiliar na organização de treinamentos, reuniões, ações de desenvolvimento e atividades de integração e engajamento dos colaboradores;Realizar atividades administrativas inerentes à área de RH, contribuindo para a organização dos processos, cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e melhoria contínua das rotinas;Participar 100% dos treinamentos que for convocados pela empresa;Conservar e zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa;Conhecer a missão e a visão da empresa;Zelar pela ética e disciplina na empresa;Utilizar a prática do 5S;Executar outras tarefas correlatas às acima descritas, a critério do seu superior imediato;Requisitos e qualificaçõesCursando ensino Superior em Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em rotinas de Recursos Humanos e Departamento Pessoal.Noções de Recrutamento e Seleção.Conhecimento em processos admissionais, organização de documentos e atendimento aos colaboradores.Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Word.Boa comunicação;
