Nosso quadro de colaboradores é composto por 77% de mulheres, que ocupam 74% dos cargos de liderança.sResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender aos clientes com humanização;Realizar coleta de materiais para realização de exames laboratoriais;Realizar etapas do processo analítico, controle interno de qualidade, inspeções e checagem das amostras;Acondicionar material biológico para transporte; Realizar coleta em domicílio;Repor material, organizar maleta de coleta;Solicitar assinaturas de guias;Transporte e acondicionamento de material biológico; Executar e padronizar os processos Pré-analíticos;Apoiar o serviço móvel na captação e fidelização de clientes;Realizar recebimentos de valores financeiros.Atender a todos os clientes internos e externos com cordialidade, respeito e eficiência;Participar de 100% dos treinamentos em que for convocado pela organização;Executar demais atividades pertinentes ao cargo;Zelar pelo sigilo e segurança das informações respeitando as normas e políticas de segurança da informação e proteção de dados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Auxiliar de Laboratório, Técnico em Análises Clínica, Técnico em Patologia Clínica ou Técnico em Hemoterapia;Carteira de Habilitação (B);Disponibilidade para trabalhar aos domingos;
