O fisioterapeuta tem um papel fundamental no ambiente hospitalar, pois sua atuação está diretamente ligada à recuperação funcional, prevenção de complicações e melhoria da qualidade de vida dos pacientes internados. Ele é um profissional da linha de frente na assistência hospitalar, trabalhando em parceria com médicos, enfermeiros e outros profissionais da saúde para garantir um cuidado integral e humanizado.Salário: R$4.420,30Jornada: 150h (12x60)Modalidade: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar avaliação fisioterapêutica detalhada (respiratória e motoras), analisando histórico clínico, exames complementares e condição funcional para diagnosticar alterações e definir plano terapêutico individualizado;Aplicar técnicas de tratamento respiratório, neuromusculoesquelético e mobilização precoce, com base em protocolos clínicos e evidências, visando à recuperação funcional, manutenção de capacidades e prevenção de complicações decorrentes da hospitalização;Monitorar continuamente a resposta dos pacientes ao tratamento, ajustando condutas terapêuticas de acordo com o progresso e mantendo documentos e registros atualizados;Atuar em contextos críticos e especializados, contribuindo com suporte ventilatório, higiene brônquica, técnicas de mobilização, prevenção de atrofias e recuperação de função;Desenvolver programas de reabilitação que considerem objetivos terapêuticos de curto e longo prazo, metas de mobilidade e condicionamento, com foco na volta às atividades da vida diária e redução do tempo de internação;Participar de discussões de casos e estratégias de cuidado integrado, comunicando‑se com médicos, enfermeiros e outros profissionais para alinhar condutas, ajustar planos terapêuticos e garantir assistência de qualidade;Fornecer orientação sobre autocuidado, exercícios fisioterapêuticos, prevenção de complicações e mobilização segura, além de promover educação em saúde que favoreça a continuidade do tratamento no ambiente hospitalar e após alta;Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo em Fisioterapia;Pós-graduação em Fisioterapia Hospitalar, Cardiorrespiratória ou áreas correlatas;Registro Regular junto ao conselho;Pacote Office básico;Experiência na função.Informações adicionaisVale-Alimentação;Vale-Transporte;Refeitório;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio-Creche;SESC;Wellhub;DayOff.
