O técnico de enfermagem é um profissional que desempenha um papel fundamental na promoção, prevenção, recuperação e reabilitação da saúde dos pacientes. Ele é parte essencial da equipe multidisciplinar e participa ativamente do planejamento e execução das ações de saúde.Salário: R$3.138,42Jornada: 180h (12x36) - DiurnoModalidade: PresencialResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e individualizada aos pacientes, sob supervisão do enfermeiro, assim como colaborar nas atividades de ensino e pesquisa desenvolvidas na Instituição;Realizar controles e registros das atividades do setor e outros que se fizerem necessários, realizando relatórios e controle estatístico, promovendo o controle adequado das atividades e fornecendo informações precisas e claras para a gestão e a melhoria contínua dos serviços prestados;Auxiliar o enfermeiro na prevenção e controle das doenças transmissíveis em geral, em programas de vigilância epidemiológica e no controle sistemático da infecção hospitalar;Orientar e auxiliar pacientes, prestando informações relativas a higiene, alimentação, utilização de medicamentos e cuidados específicos em tratamento de saúde, garantindo que o paciente tenha um entendimento claro sobre como cuidar de sua saúde, contribuindo para uma recuperação mais rápida, redução de complicações e melhoria na qualidade de vida;Verificar os sinais vitais e as condições gerais do paciente, segundo prescrição médica e de enfermagem, monitorando continuamente o paciente conforme necessário, identificando alterações e orientando intervenções de saúde adequadas, com registros para monitoramento contínuo e evolução do quadro;Realizar os cuidados com base nas diretrizes e normas estabelecidas pela instituição de saúde, como procedimentos de segurança, higiene, conforto e qualidade no atendimento, cumprindo todas as orientações para prevenção de erros, como administração correta de medicamentos, identificação do paciente, e monitoramento contínuo dos sinais vitais e condições gerais, proporcionando um atendimento seguro, eficaz e humanizado, seguindo as normas da instituição para garantir a qualidade do cuidado prestado e o bem-estar do paciente;Garantir que o paciente receba a medicação correta, no momento certo e de forma segura, contribuindo para o sucesso do tratamento e para a segurança do paciente, resultando no atendimento mais seguro, eficaz e com melhores desfechos.Realizar demais atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Enfermagem;Registro regular junto ao Conselho Profissional;Pacote Office Básico;Experiência em Endoscopia.Informações adicionaisBenefícios oferecidos:Vale-Alimentação;Vale-Transporte;Refeitório;Seguro de Vida;Auxílio Creche;SESC;Wellhub;DayOff.
