Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, proativa e com perfil analítico para integrar o time de Suporte LMP, atuando no acompanhamento da operação de terminais de pagamento, controle de estoque, gestão logística e suporte às lojas.Essa pessoa será responsável por acompanhar todo o ciclo de vida dos terminais, desde o recebimento e controle de estoque até a configuração, entrega, utilização nas lojas e retorno ao Centro de Distribuição (CD), garantindo a qualidade dos equipamentos e a eficiência dos processos.Também atuará em parceria com fornecedores e equipes internas na identificação de falhas, realização de testes, implementação de melhorias e acompanhamento dos indicadores operacionais da área.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a evolução das entregas de maquininhas e realizar o controle de estoque de terminais e periféricos nas lojas e no Centro de Distribuição (CD).Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas nos terminais de pagamento, bem como atualizações de software e configurações sempre que necessário, garantindo o correto funcionamento e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos.Apoiar o planejamento e a execução da compra de insumos, terminais e periféricos, conforme a demanda operacional.Identificar, analisar e acompanhar possíveis falhas nos terminais, atuando em conjunto com os fornecedores na investigação e resolução dos problemas.Prestar suporte às lojas e realizar treinamentos operacionais sempre que necessário.Executar testes em novas funcionalidades e atualizações dos terminais, em parceria com o time técnico, contribuindo para a validação das entregas.Monitorar a logística dos equipamentos, acompanhando o fluxo de envio do CD às lojas e o retorno dos terminais das lojas ao CD.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos da área.Apoiar a elaboração de controles, relatórios e análises operacionais, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão.Garantir a qualidade dos serviços prestados, o cumprimento dos prazos e a organização dos processos operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Logística, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento intermediário em Excel ou Google Sheets.Facilidade para trabalhar com controles operacionais, planilhas e indicadores.Boa comunicação e habilidade para interagir com lojas, fornecedores e equipes internas.Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar múltiplas demandas.Perfil analítico, proatividade e disposição para aprender e solucionar problemas.Informações adicionaisExperiência com maquininhas de cartão, terminais de pagamento ou equipamentos POS.Vivência com controle de estoque, logística ou gestão de equipamentos.Conhecimento em acompanhamento de chamados e tratativas com fornecedores.Familiaridade com indicadores operacionais e ferramentas de gestão.Experiência com testes funcionais ou homologação de sistemas e equipamentos.
