Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir e acompanhar os processos de Segurança da Informação, garantindo aderência às políticas, normas e procedimentos corporativos.Apoiar a gestão de riscos, não conformidades, auditorias e respectivos planos de ação.Monitorar indicadores, controles e resultados de Segurança da Informação, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.Propor e acompanhar ações corretivas e preventivas para fortalecimento dos controles de segurança.Gerir contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores de Segurança da Informação, acompanhando SLAs, entregas, homologações, reuniões e planos de ação.Acompanhar a operação e a efetividade das soluções de segurança, participando de testes, implantações, homologações e evolução tecnológica.Atuar na gestão de vulnerabilidades, Pentests e exposição cibernética, incluindo monitoramento de ASM (Attack Surface Management), ameaças, credenciais e informações expostas na Internet, Deep Web e Dark Web.Realizar a triagem e direcionamento de riscos identificados, garantindo o tratamento adequado das vulnerabilidades.Apoiar a gestão de Identidades e Acessos (IAM), incluindo:

Criação e revogação de acessos; Revisões e recertificações periódicas; Aplicação do conceito de menor privilégio; Evolução dos controles de MFA, SSO e Zero Trust.

Contribuir para iniciativas de proteção e governança de informações sensíveis, atuando com classificação, compartilhamento, armazenamento e controles de DLP.Apoiar a administração e evolução de soluções Microsoft 365, Entra ID e ferramentas de proteção da informação.Desenvolver e apoiar ações de conscientização em Segurança da Informação, incluindo treinamentos, workshops, campanhas de phishing e atualização de conteúdos.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises de segurança, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a melhoria contínua dos processos e controles.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos e experiência em:Segurança da Informação e Cyber Security;Governança, Riscos e Compliance;Gestão de Vulnerabilidades e Pentest;Attack Surface Management (ASM);Gestão de Identidades e Acessos (IAM);MFA, SSO e conceitos de Zero Trust;EDR/XDR e segurança de endpoints;Microsoft 365 e Entra ID;DLP e classificação da informação;Conceitos de SIEM e SOAR.Inglês avançado (obrigatório), com capacidade para:Participar de reuniões técnicas;Realizar treinamentos;Interagir com fornecedores e equipes globais;Elaborar comunicações profissionais em inglês.DiferenciaisPós-graduação em andamento ou concluída em Segurança da Informação, Cyber Security ou áreas relacionadas.Certificações e especializações em Segurança da Informação.Informações adicionaisNossos Benefícios:Plano Médico;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Cesta Básica;Vale Transporte;Almoço no local;PPR.
