Investimos em inovação sustentável e oferecemos a diversas indústrias soluções em embalagens plásticas completas e inovadoras, além de compostos, resinas recicladas, masterbatches e máquinas, produzidos com as melhores matérias-primas e equipamentos do mercado.Nosso propósito é elevar a qualidade de vida por meio do desenvolvimento de soluções inovadoras e sustentáveis em embalagens, otimizando recursos e apoiando a economia circular para os plásticos.Se você se identifica com a nossa Empresa, venha ser VALGROUP, juntos vamos muito mais longe!#vemtransformaroplasticocomagenteResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e atualizar os saldos de MPS e produtos acabados no sistema.Acompanhar, registrar e validar as sobras de materiais e produtos, garantindo seu destino adequado e reaproveitamento conforme diretrizes da empresa.Monitorar as movimentações internas de materiais, solicitando e orientando os operadores de empilhadeira quanto à alocação correta de produtos e materiais em estoque.Emitir, conferir e acompanhar ordens de movimentação, assegurando que estejam alinhadas ao planejamento de produção e à logística interna.Participar da elaboração e execução dos inventários cíclicos do estoque produtivo (F1), contribuindo para a acuracidade dos registros.Analisar desvios e apoiar na identificação de causas e tratativas para correção de diferenças de estoque.Ser o elo entre o planejamento de produção, a área produtiva e a logística interna, assegurando que as necessidades de abastecimento e escoamento de materiais sejam atendidas com agilidade e organização.Realizar lançamentos, ajustes e consultas no ERP SAP relacionados a estoques, ordens de produção, movimentações e registros de consumo.Manter atualizados os controles e planilhas complementares que apoiam a operação e a tomada de decisão.Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Instruções e procedimentos de trabalho, normas de Segurança do Trabalho e Código de Ética da empresa.Monitorar diariamente a ocupação e movimentações do depósito 48h (Q1), assegurando fluidez no fluxo de recebimento do produto acabado vindo da produção.Inventariar e realizar a gestão física e sistêmica dos itens armazenados no Q1, garantindo alinhamento com os registros no sistema.Cobrar diariamente o time de logística pelas baixas pendentes (puxadas) e pela execução dos movimentos programados.Acompanhar e cobrar a liberação de produtos junto aos times de Qualidade e Desenvolvimento, garantindo que itens parados sejam rapidamente movimentados.Reportar regularmente os itens com longo tempo de parada no Q1, mantendo acompanhamento contínuo e colaborando com as áreas responsáveis para sua destinação ou liberação.Atuar de forma preventiva para garantir a maior disponibilidade possível de ruas livres no Q1, otimizando a capacidade do depósito e evitando gargalos na produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou graduação em andamento;Curso de PCP - Planejamento e Controle de Produção;Informática avançada e domínio nas ferramentas do pacote office;Conhecimento no sistema no SAP (diferencial);Informações adicionaisPlano MédicoPlano OdontológicoCesta BásicaTransporte FretadoSeguro de VidaPPR
