Estamos à procura de um Vendedor Interno de Pneus para se juntar à nossa equipe em Lajeado, RS.

Este cargo envolve a gestão de vendas internas, atendimento ao cliente, prospecção de novos clientes e manutenção de relacionamentos com clientes existentes.

Qualificações

Vendas e Atendimento ao Cliente: Necessário possuir habilidades em vendas, atendimento ao cliente e negociação para garantir a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes.

Comunicação: Habilidades de comunicação eficazes, tanto verbais quanto escritas, são essenciais para interagir de forma produtiva com colegas e clientes.

Além das habilidades mencionadas, experiência no setor de aço será considerada um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender clientes presencialmente ou pelos meios de comunicação disponibilizados pela empresa;
  • Prospectar novos clientes, através de contatos por meio eletrônico ou visita;
  • Gerar relatórios referentes a vendas;
  • Fazer cotações e negociações de preço;
  • Preencher a ficha cadastral do cliente;
  • Coletar todas as informações necessárias para a emissão do pedido;
  • Incluir novos pedidos e acompanhar o processo desde o fechamento do negócio até a entrega final do produto;
  • Monitorar pedidos atendidos e em aberto;
  • Cumprir metas e políticas comerciais;
  • Prezar pela carteira de clientes e faturamento que lhe foi designado.
