The posting

  • Levantar informações e acompanhar as rotinas da fábrica para apoiar o mapeamento e a melhoria dos processos.
  • Elaborar e atualizar fluxogramas, procedimentos e instruções de trabalho, conforme as diretrizes definidas pelos responsáveis das áreas.
  • Coletar, conferir e consolidar dados de produção, consumo de materiais, perdas, estoques e demais informações operacionais.
  • Atualizar planilhas, relatórios e indicadores, sinalizando divergências e desvios aos responsáveis.
  • Apoiar a implantação do ERP industrial na organização de dados, conferência de cadastros, execução de testes e registro de inconsistências.
  • Cadastrar e atualizar estruturas de produtos, roteiros de fabricação e demais informações industriais, conforme os parâmetros aprovados.
  • Conferir ordens de produção e apontamentos no sistema, encaminhando divergências para análise e correção.
  • Acompanhar a utilização dos procedimentos e sistemas pelas equipes, prestando suporte às dúvidas de rotina.
  • Apoiar a preparação de materiais e a realização de treinamentos para os usuários.
  • Acompanhar prazos e pendências dos planos de ação, mantendo os responsáveis informados sobre o andamento.
  • Apoiar a implantação de melhorias e de novas máquinas, auxiliando nos registros de testes, na coleta de dados e na atualização dos documentos operacionais.
  • Organizar e manter atualizada a documentação dos processos industriais, garantindo o controle das versões.
