The posting

  • Construir uma rotina de parceria com a coordenação comercial e os representantes para identificar oportunidades de exposição e apoio à venda;
  • Analisar clientes e distribuidores prioritários considerando necessidade, potencial comercial, custos e viabilidade das ações;
  • Planejar e conduzir ações de trade marketing de ponta a ponta, desde o briefing e orçamento até a execução e avaliação;
  • Comparar propostas de fornecedores e recomendar alternativas de materiais de PDV, brindes e ferramentas comerciais;
  • Coordenar a produção, atualização e distribuição de materiais de marketing;
  • Apoiar a organização de feiras e eventos de distribuidores, com cronogramas, orçamentos e acompanhamento das entregas;
  • Organizar o fluxo de demandas da área, estabelecer prioridades, responsáveis e prazos e acompanhar sua execução;
  • Orientar funcionalmente e articular as necessidades de Marketing, conforme alinhamento interno;
  • Elaborar proposta inicial de política de trade marketing, critérios de priorização e fluxo de aprovação;
  • Acompanhar indicadores básicos, custos e resultados, recomendando ajustes.

Bairro: Itoupava Central

  • Formação superior completa ou em andamento avançado em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com gestão de liderança em marketing
  • Experiência prática em Marketing, preferencialmente em trade marketing, marketing de produto ou suporte à área comercial;
  • Experiência no relacionamento com equipes comerciais, representantes, distribuidores, clientes ou canais de venda;
  • Conhecimento em planejamento, gestão de fornecedores, orçamento, briefings e acompanhamento de projetos;
  • Capacidade de analisar custos e viabilidade, organizar demandas simultâneas e apresentar recomendações;
  • Boa comunicação, flexibilidade, organização e perfil executor.
