The posting

Als ploegbaas bij VAGO Rioleringsdienst heb je volgende functie en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Werkvoorbereiding & materiaalbeheer: Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klaarstaat voor een vlotte start van de werf. Dit betekent dat je erop toeziet dat alle materialen, machines en gereedschappen op tijd klaarstaan en correct wordt ingeladen.
  • Uitvoering & kwaliteitscontrole: Je werkt zelf mee aan de uitvoering, controleert de voortgang en waarborgt de kwaliteit van het werk en de veiligheid op de werf. Je houdt de werf goed in de gaten en signaleert tijdig wanneer extra materiaal of aanpassingen nodig zijn, zodat het werk niet stilvalt.
  • Teamcoördinatie: Je verdeelt de taken binnen je team en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Technische controle: Je kan plannen lezen en interpreteren, metingen uitvoeren en controleren of het werk volgens de juiste niveaus en specificaties wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Klantcontact: Jij bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf. Je communiceert duidelijk met de klant, stelt hen gerust en geeft hen de nodige uitleg over de werken.
  • Probleemoplossend: Jij houdt het hoofd koel in onverwachte situaties en vindt snel de juiste oplossing om de werken efficiënt te laten doorgaan.
  • Tijdsbewaking: Je respecteert de planning en bewaakt de vooruitgang van de werf. Bij onvoorziene omstandigheden zorg jij ervoor dat er snel en doordacht wordt bijgestuurd. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werken correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.
  • Administratie & rapportage: Je registreert werkgegevens, materiaalverbruik en uren via een digitale app en documenteert eventuele afwijkingen (bijkomende werken).
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in ruwbouw of wegenwerken. Kennis van rioleringswerken is een grote troef.
  • Leidinggevend: Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
  • Uitgebreide technische kennis: Je kan zelfstandig de aanleg, aansluiting en controle van rioleringssystemen uitvoeren volgens de juiste richtlijnen en plannen.
  • Plan- en procesmatig werken: Je hebt het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en een logische werkwijze te hanteren, zodat de werf efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt.
  • Proactief inschatten en signaleren: Je merkt tijdig op wanneer materiaal moet worden aangevuld en zorgt ervoor dat alles op het juiste moment beschikbaar is, zodat de werken vlot kunnen doorgaan.
  • Effectief communiceren: Je bent duidelijk in je verwachtingen en instructies naar je team en neemt de gepaste beslissingen.
  • Kostenbewust handelen: Je houdt bij beslissingen rekening met kosten en baten en maakt doordachte keuzes die efficiëntie en kwaliteit waarborgen.
  • Gebruik van machines: Je kan werken met een dubbele hellingslaser en weet hoe je andere relevante machines correct gebruikt.
  • Klantgericht: Je bent beleefd, communiceert vlot en geeft vertrouwen aan de klant.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Je kan vlot werken met een app om werkgegevens te registreren.
  • Taalvaardig: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Spreken van de Franse taal of Engels is een pluspunt
  • Rijbewijs: Je beschikt minimaal over een rijbewijs B. BE is een pluspunt.
