The posting

Vi søger to, SSH’er der er uddannede vejledere. Du skal i samarbejde med borgere, pårørende og kolleger yde en høj sundhedsfaglig pleje og omsorg til beboerne på centret. Du vil være tilknyttet en mindre gruppe og være fast kontaktperson for ca. 4 beboere.

Stillingerne er på 32-37 timer/ugen, med arbejde hver anden weekend.

Udover arbejdet omkring beboerne skal du have interesse i og erfaring med, det pædagogiske arbejde med elever. Hver vejleder skal forvente at have ca. to elever i overlap.

Vi har igennem flere år haft en stor studieenhed, hvilket bl.a. gør at en stor andel af de ansatte er uddannet hos os. Vi kunne godt tænke os ”lidt nyt blod”, altså nogle der har set og prøvet noget andet end det vi praktiserer på Rosenvang, så vi forsat kan udvikle og optimerer

Vi har aktuelt en udfordring omkring at alle, hver eneste dag oplever studieenheden som et fælles hele, hvor fokus er på læringsmiljøet. Så er det bl.a. noget som du kan byde ind med, vil vi rigtig gerne hører fra dig.

Der er tæt faglig sparring med kollegaer, sygeplejersker samt vores uddannelsesansvarlige sygeplejerske.
