Valdemarsvik är en skärgårdskommun i södra Östergötland belägen utmed E22. Vi är en kommun som idag har cirka 7 500 invånare. Vi har den lilla kommunens alla fördelar, med närheten till varandra och korta beslutsvägar. Vi har dessutom en enastående natur med skogen och havet. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som socialsekreterare inom försörjningsstöd utreder och bedömer du rätten till ekonomiskt bistånd och arbetar tillsammans med den enskilde mot målet att minska behovet av bistånd.

En central del av rollen blir att omsätta det nya aktivitetskravet i praktiken. Du kommer bland annat att:

utreda och bedöma rätten till ekonomiskt bistånd

tillsammans med den enskilde identifiera förutsättningar, hinder och nästa steg mot egen försörjning

följa upp planerade aktiviteter och insatser

motivera och stötta personer till aktivitet, arbete eller studier

samverka nära med Arbetsförmedlingen, kommunens arbetsmarknadsinsatser, vården och andra relevanta aktörer

bidra till att skapa tydliga och sammanhållna planeringar kring individen

dokumentera och följa upp insatser enligt gällande lagstiftning och riktlinjer

vara delaktig i utvecklingen av arbetssätt kopplade till det nya aktivitetskravet.

Samverkan är en nyckel

Vi tror att vägen till självförsörjning sällan skapas av en aktör ensam. Därför är samverkan en viktig del av arbetet. Du behöver trivas med att bygga relationer, ta initiativ och tillsammans med andra professioner hitta lösningar som fungerar för den enskilde.

Vi vill utveckla ett försörjningsstöd där myndighetsutövning kombineras med ett tydligt fokus på förändring och progression. Du blir därför en viktig del i att utveckla samarbetet både internt och med externa aktörer.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som

har socionomexamen eller annan relevant akademisk utbildning

har erfarenhet av myndighetsutövning inom ekonomiskt bistånd, eller liknande socialt arbete

har god kunskap om socialtjänstens uppdrag och relevant lagstiftning

är trygg i myndighetsrollen och kan göra självständiga bedömningar

har ett lösningsfokuserat och respektfullt förhållningssätt

tycker om att samverka och skapa goda relationer med både kollegor och externa samarbetspartners

är strukturerad, initiativtagande och vill vara med och utveckla verksamhetens arbetssätt.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete med arbetslivsinriktad rehabilitering, arbetsmarknadsinsatser eller samverkan kring personer som står långt från arbetsmarknaden.
