Valentia Nursing Home, Camolin, County Wexford is looking for Chef de Partie to cater for the residents in the Nursing Home, Employer:- Valentia Nursing Home Limited Location:- Valentia Nursing Home, Camolin, County Wexford, Ireland Contract Type: Full-time - 39 hours per Week Working hours - 39 per Week Wages – € 36,605.00/ AnnumJob DutiesPrepare all food items as directed in a timely manner. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Operatestandard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to Health &Safety Standards. Assist with the cleaning and organization of Kitchen and equipment. Adhere to all foodhygiene and safety standards. Additional duties, Menu planning, Food shopping, Recording food temperatures,Preparing reportsQualification: Degree, Diploma or equivalent with a Minimum 2 years of Experience.
