Twoim zadaniem będzie nie tylko wsparcie komunikacyjne, ale także dbanie o sprawne funkcjonowanie biura oraz efektywną realizację procesów rozwojowych.

Twoje zadania (wsparcie biznesowe i operacyjne):

  • Komunikacja biznesowa: Adaptacja globalnych komunikatów z Grupy Valeo na potrzeby lokalne. Będziesz tworzyć zwięzłe podsumowania i infografiki, dbając o ich zgodność z identyfikacją wizualną (Brand Guidelines) i standardami firmy.
  • Budowanie zaangażowania pracowników: Współtworzenie, współorganizacja oraz promocja inicjatyw wewnętrznych (np. CSR - Dzień Ziemi, Dzień Kobiet i Dzień Mężczyzn, wolontariat - Szlachetna Paczka).
  • Wsparcie procesu Onboardingu: Poznasz „cykl życia pracownika” od środka. Będziesz brać aktywny udział w procesie wdrażania nowych osób, dbając o to, by każda z nich otrzymała komplet niezbędnych informacji i poczuła się częścią kultury Valeo już od pierwszego dnia w naszym SSC.
  • Udział w projektów szkoleniowych: Wsparcie w organizacji szkoleń i warsztatów. Zajmiesz się stroną logistyczną (zarządzanie salkami, kontakt z uczestnikami) oraz przygotowywaniem i monitorowaniem raportów z przeprowadzonych działań rozwojowych.
  • Administracja i standardy biura: Wsparcie w bieżącym utrzymaniu biura SSC, w tym zapewnienie zaopatrzenia biurowego i spożywczego (kawa, herbata, dodatki).

Nasze oczekiwania:

  • Status studenta (preferowane kierunki: Komunikacja, Administracja, Marketing lub Zarządzanie oraz dostępność 5 dni w tygodniu).
  • Umiejętność tworzenia tekstów w tonie biznesowym - dbasz o kulturę języka i poprawność.
  • Zmysł estetyczny i umiejętność pracy z prostymi narzędziami graficznymi (zgodnie z brandbookiem firmy).
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną pracę z materiałami międzynarodowymi.
  • Wysoka kultura osobista, samodzielność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Poczucie odpowiedzialności za powierzone zadania i dbałość o jakość oraz terminowość ich realizacji.
  • Proaktywne podejście do powierzonych tematów.
