Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no acompanhamento de processos e demandas relacionadas à área tributária;Apoiar na condução de processos de contencioso tributário administrativo e/ou judicial;Elaborar e revisar manifestações, petições, recursos e demais peças jurídicas, sob orientação;Realizar acompanhamento processual e controle de prazos;Realizar pesquisas de legislação, doutrina e jurisprudência tributária;Apoiar na análise de questões tributárias e na elaboração de estratégias jurídicas;Auxiliar na elaboração de pareceres e estudos tributários;Participar de reuniões internas e, eventualmente, com clientes;Realizar atualização de sistemas e controles internos da área;Elaborar relatórios e apoiar no acompanhamento dos indicadores do departamento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Direito;OAB ativa;Experiência ou vivência prévia na área Tributária;Desejável experiência com Contencioso Tributário;Conhecimento em legislação tributária e acompanhamento processual;Boa redação e comunicação jurídica;Organização e capacidade de gestão de prazos;Perfil analítico, proativo e comprometido;Interesse em desenvolvimento e aprofundamento na área tributária.
