Mitarbeiter/in Buchhaltung (40% \| Montag und Dienstag)

Sie suchen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen, bei der Sie Ihr Fachwissen selbstständig einbringen können? In unserem dynamischen Umfeld übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Rolle in der Finanzbuchhaltung und unterstützen gleichzeitig das Backoffice. Ihre Aufgaben

* Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Kreditorenrechnungen inkl. Zahlungsläufe

* Verarbeitung und Kontrolle von Kreditkartenabrechnungen sowie Spesenbelegen

* Abstimmung der Finanzbuchhaltung mit der Mandatsbuchhaltung

* Erstellung der periodischen MWST\-Abrechnungen

* Erstellung von Provisionsabrechnungen

* Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen

* Vorbereitung von Revisions\- und Abschlussunterlagen

* Unterstützung des Backoffices bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung

* Exakte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse

* Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und Word
